| When Covington High
School students return to school this fall, they might notice a
few differences in their football stadium. Through the $300,000
Stadium 2000 project, the school is replacing its cinder track
with a six-lane all-weather track, addressing drainage problems,
refurbishing the concession stand, press box and bleachers,
relocating the football field lights, upgrading the speaker
system |
and adding new
blacktopping. "It's just a little bit of everything,"
said Robert Huelsman, high school principal. The project is
being funded through donations and is targeted for completion by
