Project Near Completion
TROY-A $4,000
street-widening project is nearing completion in the first block
of Market street north of the public square here. Curbing and
sidewalk were moved in three feet on each side. And 32 parking
meters were reset. At work smoothing concrete are Harry Shawler
(left) of Piqua and Robert Middesetter of Arcanum. Looking on at
left, rear is J. R. Finfrock of Covington, contractor, and an
unidentified man. Workmen found a 70-foot well and two gas tanks
